Important Instruction
All applicants must read and understand the hiring requirements below before submitting the application form. Applications that do not meet these criteria may not be considered.
Teacher Eligibility & Requirements
To apply as a teacher at Binte Zahid Virtual Quran Academy, the applicant must fulfill all of the following conditions:
1. Academic & Islamic Qualifications
- Must hold a valid Ijazah OR recognized Islamic qualification
- Must have strong command of Tajweed rules
- Must possess a specific certificate for the course she wishes to teach (e.g. Tajweed, Recitation, Hifz, Translation, Tafseer)
2. Teaching Experience & Skills
- Must have at least 2–3 years of online teaching experience
- Must be familiar with online teaching platforms
- Must understand online class management and student engagement
3. Child Handling & Teaching Approach
- Must know how to teach and manage children patiently
- Must be creative, calm, and encouraging
- Must adapt teaching according to student level and age
4. Professional Commitment
- Must be able to offer flexible teaching timings
- Must commit to at least one year of teaching after joining
- Must maintain punctuality, consistency, and professionalism
- Must follow the terms in the formal contract signed after selection
5. Teaching Assessment (Mandatory)
- Applicant must record an audio/video recitation of any Surah
- Must explain the Tajweed rules applied in the recitation
- Explanation should be in the language(s) she can teach (English/Urdu)
This helps us assess recitation quality, Tajweed understanding, and teaching clarity.

Important for Files: Please upload your Audio/Video recitation and Certificates to Google Drive or Dropbox, ensure the link is public (viewable by anyone), and paste the link in the fields below.
Note: Shortlisted teachers will be required to sign a formal contract after selection.

This pathway is designed for females who do not yet meet teaching requirements but aspire to become qualified online Qur’an teachers.
